Planting the Seeds for Your Social Media Success

Fresh Growth Media started the way the best things in life usually do — with a simple idea and a whole lot of passion. I’ve always believed that social media isn’t just about posting pretty pictures; it’s about telling a story, growing connections, and helping brands flourish. After earning my degree in Public Relations from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, I spent years working with industries of all kinds — from civil engineering and aesthetics to gyms, higher education, non-profits, hair salons, influencers, and wellness brands. Each experience taught me how to adapt, strategize, and create content that actually resonates.

The name Fresh Growth Media comes from my love of houseplants (I own more than I’ll admit) and the belief that your online presence should grow just like a well-cared-for plant — with intention, patience, and the right environment. My social media packages are designed to do exactly that: help your business thrive while freeing you up to do what you do best.

When I’m not building content strategies or managing social media accounts, you’ll probably find me at a concert, collecting vinyl records, thrifting something unique, traveling to new places, or sipping an iced coffee no matter the season. At home, I’m a wife, a mom, and a proud pet parent to my mini Aussie, Mabel and my cat, Archie.
